1. Overview
At NOVA Batteries, we stand behind every Rolls Battery we sell. Engineered for performance and built to last, our products are designed to deliver reliability and durability in the world's toughest conditions. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
2. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:
- Item is in original, unused condition
- Original packaging is intact
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is included
- Item is free from physical damage caused by misuse or improper installation
Non-returnable items:
- Batteries that have been installed or used
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale
- Custom or special-order battery configurations
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your Rolls Battery arrives defective or damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@novabattery.ca with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable shipping method
- Keep your tracking number for reference
6. Warranty
All Rolls Batteries sold by NOVA Batteries come with the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled directly through Rolls Battery Engineering. Please contact us and we will guide you through the warranty process.
